Maybe I should say that people who SPEND 200 lucas on a pet are few and far between.Vickihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10518892652828888610noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4362994269329862865.post-73309949825629111942009-05-27T19:42:19.474-07:002009-05-27T19:42:19.474-07:00Glad you were there, Vicki :-).

At that time, I was an ideological study abroad student with a group of similarly minded students. We yelled at the car who did it, but because we were tourists we didnt know what to do. A lady came out of her house and took the puppy inside with her. He was still alive and hopefully okay, just jarred.Sarahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06907300699538080239noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4362994269329862865.post-50344224702650582882009-05-26T20:54:53.320-07:002009-05-26T20:54:53.320-07:00Hi Vicki,

Especially when so many children go without basic medical and dental care. I guess it's just a "do what you can as you see it situation".Vickihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10518892652828888610noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4362994269329862865.post-311356978035961842009-05-26T18:47:30.931-07:002009-05-26T18:47:30.931-07:00NICEST STORY I've heard today!
